Mr. Yonghua Lu is the vice president of sales and marketing of our company.    Mr. Lu began to serve as a vice president of Zhengtu Network beginning in 2004. Prior to joining us, Mr. Lu was the director of administration and general manager of the Hangzhou branch of Shanghai Jiante Bio-Technology Co., Ltd from 1998 to 2004. From 1996 to 1998, he was a vice general manager of sales in Zhuhai Tiannian International Technology Co., Ltd. Mr. Lu was a manager of human resources, and later became a vice president of marketing of Zhuhai Giant Hi-Tech Co., Ltd from 1993 to 1996. He was an employee trainer of Hengyang Waver Machinery Factory from 1981 to 1993. Mr. Lu received a degree in Journalism from Hunan TV University in 1988. He is now pursuing an EMBA degree from the China Europe International Business School, and expects to receive his master's degree in Business Administration in 2009.
