Mr. Hui Yuan is the vice president of research and development of our company. Mr. Yuan joined Zhengtu Network as a vice president responsible for research and development and operations in November 2004. Prior to joining us, Mr. Yuan was a senior software engineer of IDN Telecommunication Co., Ltd from 2002 to 2004. He was a senior software engineer of Top Group from 1999 to 2002 and senior software engineer of Chengdu Youda Computer Co., Ltd from 1994 to 1999. Mr. Yuan graduated from Chengdu Electronic Science and Technology University with a major in Computer Science in 1995.
