The Company is committed to the highest standards of business conduct and ethics. The Company seeks to conduct its business as a good corporate citizen and to comply with all laws, rules and regulations applicable to it or the conduct of its business. The Code shall govern the relationships between the Company's employees, including directors and officers (an "Employee" and, collectively, the "Employees"), and the Company's customers, suppliers, shareholders, competitors, and the communities in which the Company operates.
